Meet Rebecca Hagemen, IBCLC
Hello! I'm Rebecca Hagemen, an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant serving families throughout New Orleans and the surrounding areas. Since 2016, I have supported parents and babies through their breastfeeding and infant feeding journeys in both hospital and home settings.
Before becoming a Lactation Consultant, I spent many years caring for families as a Licensed Midwife. That experience continues to guide my approach as I provide compassionate, evidence-based support tailored to each family's unique needs.
Whether you're preparing for your baby's arrival, facing feeding challenges, navigating pumping or bottle feeding, or simply seeking reassurance, my goal is to help you feel confident, informed, and supported every step of the way.
When I'm not working with families, I enjoy spending time with my husband Robert, of more than 25 years, our two adult children, our granddaughter, and our family dog. I also enjoy cooking, knitting, traveling, and spending time outdoors.
It is an honor to support families during this special season of life, and I look forward to helping you reach your feeding goals.
